Deer must be field dressed and in good condition. It is recommended to pack the cavity with ice to preserve the meat. Deer that is skinned and quartered will not be accepted.  Cape or Euro mounted deer will be available upon reqyest for an additional fee.  Once the deer is processed, you should pick up your meat within three days as freezer space is limited. There is a $10/day storage fee and meat left longer than 10 days will be forfeited and donated.  However, Back Home Butcher Shop does not participate in the Hunters Sharing the Harvest program at this time.
