Frank learned the meat processing industry working with larger processors and slaughterhouses for 13 years before purchasing the existing facility in Marshallville and opening his own business. The business has been family-operated for over 60 years. Frank and Jeanette's sons John and Terry grew up in the business and took over operations as Frank retired. Current president Jim Tucker represents the third generation and took over from his father and uncle. Jim has early memories of sweeping floors and bagging groceries while watching his father, uncle, and grandfather work. The fourth generation of Tuckers has now started in the business.
