Current president Jim Tucker represents the third generation and took over from his father and uncle. They produce trail bologna in plain or with cheese, available as ring style or large rolls. Large rolls weigh approximately 7 pounds. Summer sausage is available plain or with cheese. Snack sticks come in mild, spicy, and hot & spicy flavors with or without cheese. Sandwich bologna and smoked sausage are produced in large rolls weighing 7 pounds. Country style rope sausage is available in regular or hot varieties. Jumbo hot dogs are produced with or without cheese.
