Bob's Processing, Inc. is a family-owned butcher shop and deer processing facility located in South Haven, Michigan. They have been in business for over 50 years and have a retail location where you can purchase beef, pork, smoked products and more

They accept boneless venison only. All venison must be boned out, washed, free of dirt, hair, and blood clots, and must not be ground, as whole muscle is required for inspection. All venison is thoroughly inspected, and unclean meat will be refused.

Meat must be brought in food-approved containers such as food-grade bags, gallon bags, Tupperware, clean pots, coolers, or clean buckets. Trash bags and plastic carryout bags are not accepted. Frozen meat must be in blocks no larger than ten pounds.

Note:  To operate efficiently, batch processing may be used, meaning meat from animals of the same species may be combined during processing, while customers still receive their proportionate share of finished product.

Customers are encouraged to check the website or contact the facility for any special requirements regarding game drop-off, cost, and processing timelines.
