Turasky Meats

Turasky Meats, is located in Springfield, IL and has been a meat processor and custom butcher since 1949. They are a USDA inspected facility and have processed meat that gets delivered to grocery stores and restaurants throughout the Midwest.  In addition to an online and local, retail store, they provide deer processings services to Central Illinois hunters. Probably one of the coolest features they provide is an online order number tracker which allows you to view what order they are processing through their website.

Turasky Meats provides services for:

• Processing whole deer (hide on) or clean boneless trim • Grinding, smoking, sausage & snack stick production • Custom specialty products (you choose what you want to make) • Strict sanitation and chilling practices to safeguard flavor and safety
