Alwan & Sons offer full deer processing that includes preparing steaks, roasts, and burger, along with a wide variety of specialty items such as snack sticks, jerky, and rolls. Specialty items are typically returned within 12 to 14 weeks. All smoked products are vacuum sealed, and smoking is based on finished product weight.

A deposit is required before processing begins. All deer must be properly tagged and field dressed prior to arrival. A refrigerated drop-off truck is available 24 hours a day. Due to limited freezer space, deer must be picked up within two weeks of notification or additional storage fees may apply.
