Cushman Meat Processing

Cushman Meat Processing is a deer processing facility and custom butcher located in Holton, Michigan. They have been in business for over 25 years and have continued to expand to offer new services.  They have a walk-in cooler, smokehouse and retail counter where they sell meat at the store.

They accept deer during season during their hours of operation. Upon arrival you must show the licensed tag. The tag will stay with the deer throughout the processing process and will be returned to you with the packaged deer. This ensures the deer you harvested is the meat you received.

Upon arrival, you will be directed how and where to unload your deer.  Customers are advised to inquire about processing timelines upon drop-off, as these can vary based on demand.

Processing services include cutting and packaging, with additional options available such as caping, vacuum packing, and head or horn removal. Many specialty products require minimum batch amounts.
