Sander Processing

Sander Processing is located in Celestine, Indiana and does custom processing for beef, pork, sheep, deer, elk and bison.

They accept deer only at the Sander Processing Celestine location and do not accept deer at the St. Anthony location. It's advisable for hunters to inquire directly with Sander Processing for specific timelines, cost, and drop-off procedures during peak seasons.

Deer harvested legally will be cut to customer specifications. All deer must be gutted before arrival and must have a valid confirmation number; deer that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Processing includes cutting, vacuum packing, and freezing. Boneless meat may be fresh or frozen, while bone-in meat must be fresh and clean. Deboned meat can be ground, made into minute steaks, or turned into bologna-style products, all vacuum packed.
